These miniature router bits are optimized for cutting composite materials such as PCB substrates, G10, carbon fiber, and reconstituted minerals. The fishtail point eliminates backside breakout and splintering. The Chip-breaker grind combines aggressive cutting action with high flute volume for enhanced swarf removal. This type of router bit has a slightly higher cutting rate when compared with the RDC08 series whereas the RCD08 typically has a slightly better surface finish.
