The MeanWell PS-05 series power supplies are rock solid performers. They are a great power supply for use to power the control boards and sensors for CNC machines as well as many other low voltage applications. They feature full protection from over-load, and feature a universal input so they will work the world over. The supplies also offer easy to use screw terminal connections making hook-up a snap.
One very important feature of these power supplies is that they will work from zero load up to their full load rating. Many switch type power supplies have a minimum load requirement for them to work properly and will cause problems on low current draw applications.
